​Hi, I’m Brandi Bentley—your friendly neighborhood bookkeeper who believes your finances should not feel overwhelming!

I have been working with QuickBooks Online for over 12 years and actively bookkeeping for the past 6—and I genuinely love what I do. My journey started in customer service at QuickBooks, where I was hired and trained as both a QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor.

 

Today, I am a Level 2 Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and continue to expand my knowledge with new certifications and hands-on experience.  I have also worked as a QuickBooks Live “Do-It-With-Me” Bookkeeper during tax season, helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.  Being a ProAdvisor means more than just knowing the software—I know how to troubleshoot issues, simplify the process, and make QuickBooks actually work for you, not against you.

 

I specialize in working with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and accountants who want clear, organized books without the stress. Whether you need help staying on top of monthly bookkeeping or cleaning up a backlog, I am here to make the process simple, approachable, and manageable.  My approach is straightforward:  keep things accurate, keep things clear, and communicate in a way that actually makes sense. Most business owners didn’t start their business because they love bookkeeping—and that is exactly where I come in.

I genuinely enjoy helping people feel more confident and at ease with their finances. There is nothing better than seeing the relief clients feel when their books are no longer a source of stress. Turning something messy or confusing into something clean, organized, and useful is what motivates me every day.
